Book Review: White Noise

I don't typically enjoy fiction. This book left me captivated and in ribbons laughing. That should be all you need to go find this book and read it. Admittedly, fiction or non-fiction, satire is a huge favorite of mine, be it Canterbury Tales or Demetri Martin. In White Noise, DeLillo gives his satirical thoughts on technology and its covert growth in scope, reliance and impact. The characters are robust, unique and integral to each turn of the plot. The writing is effortless and brilliant. The hooks are calculating yet spontaneous. Highly recommended.
