If the UAW knew they had no chance of getting federal money, they would cut everything that was non-essential, including this golf resort. But since they might have a chance of some of that Obamoney, they'll continue to spoil themselves. People consider free markets to be cutthroat, but they get rid of inefficiency, chaff, waste, and the poorly qualified.
