I like food. I like making food. I don't like taking a lot of time to make food. Ratio shows that baking and cooking is based on a few basic ratios; you only have to know these and your imagination can run wild. You are freed from measurements and subject only to your own foodie barriers (good writing, right?) I loved this book and will be buying it soon for my library. Oh, I won't have to buy many (if at all) cookbooks in the future.
