Book Review: Negotiation Boot Camp

This book gives a great crash course on negotiation, laying out pitfalls and opportunities, and highlighting both with stories and examples. The real gain is breaking down the barrier of negotiation; the idea that it's not socially acceptable. In reality, anything is negotiable and should be treated as such, especially when negotiation is viewed as a collaborative encounter rather than a take-your-shorts-and-lunch encounter. A quick read.
