Based on the terrific reviews from my brother and one of his friends, both very musically talented and inclined, I gave Animal Collective another, very complete listen. It got a little pop, up to a 46 rating. I still stand next to my “cacophony of white noise” phrase.
I also am adding Spiro’s “Elephant Song” to my list. It’ll put the number of albums at 101, so screw round numbers.
